I had the opportunity to collaborate with nathaniel cooper for the br internal piece. We came up with the concept, Grow that would become the core and rally cry for the whole event. This concept also translated into the events of the week. Every year the same people are asked to give. This year we challenged people to grow through experience by helping at a local food pantry. To grow their waistline during the bake sale and to grow their impact by donating part of their paycheck. As a result, we had higher levels of excitement, involvement and raised more money than the prior 3 years..
